OUR PURPOSE FOR GOD

Mt. Calvary MBC is a ministry that God has called to serve the Saints of the living God, the surrounding communities, and the world. This ministry's focus is to share Jesus Christ's messages of love, peace, and hope. Believe that the Word of God is the life-changing power that people need to live a life of spiritual enrichment. 

VISION

 Our vision for the Family of Mt. Calvary MBC, is to develop our calling through the Word of God, which will enhance our lives and ministries. These enrichments will edify the saints of Christ, to serve the church and the lost souls of the world. Emphases of the Vision Spiritual Growth: "Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.." 2 Timothy 2:15.  Developing the knowledge, wisdom, and application of God's Word in our daily lives will increase spiritual growth. Areas of Focus;: Worship Service, Bible Study (Sunday School and Mid-Week Bible Study) Children's Ministries (Children Church, Special Outreach Program, One Sunday where children will assist in the Ministry and Evangelism: "Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely, I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” (Matthew 28:18-20)  

Live Godly, Live Holy, and Lead Wisely is taken seriously in all that we do for God. It’s the spirit of those who labored in the past that inspires us to love the church as the body of Christ for its continued growth.
